Return & Exchange Policy

Our company guarantees that, provided the following conditions are met, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of sale (calculated based on the actual date the customer receives the goods):
1) The product itself suffers from quality defects;
2) The product was damaged during transit;
3) The wrong item was shipped—i.e., the received product does not match the item ordered—provided that the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

The 7-day "no-questions-asked" return policy does *not* apply in the following situations:
1) Personalized or custom-made products;
2) Products that have already been used (for electronic products, simply powering them on is deemed as usage);
3) Products, their functional components, or accessories that show signs of physical wear or abrasion;
4) Products with missing or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding instances where the package was merely opened), in a condition that renders them unsuitable for resale;
5) Products that, by their very nature, are unsuitable for return—specifically in cases where you acknowledged and confirmed this non-returnable status at the time of purchase;
6) Any other circumstances where the product's condition is compromised in a manner that prevents it from being resold.

**How ​​to Request a Return** 📝

1. **Returns/Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods—provided the items remain in a condition suitable for resale—please send an email to our After-Sales Service Center. Our customer service team will process your request within 1–3 business days of receiving your email. Any shipping costs incurred for such returns or exchanges must be borne by you.

2. **Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to our After-Sales Service Center at service@mail.toiunttreoy.com. Our customer service team will process your request within 1–3 business days of receiving your email. Any shipping costs incurred for such returns or exchanges will be borne by us.

3. **Regarding Refunds:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to initiate the return shipment. Once the courier company receives the returned product, they will notify us regarding the refund process. Our company will complete the refund processing within 15 business days.
